ARE THERE RESOURCES TO HELP WITH THE CAMP OUT FEE FOR FAMILIES WHO MAY NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD THEM?

Yes.  The most important part of this event is for as many students to attend as possible.  If a family is not able to afford the camp out fee, they need to contact the campus counselor.  We will not turn away a family for financial reasons.  This information will remain confidential.

CAN WE PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT BUT NOT CAMPOUT?

Yes, you are welcome to enjoy the events and then go home.  The registration price remains the same whether you choose to camp all night or just join for the festivities.

 

​I AM WORRIED ABOUT SAFETY.

We will have security throughout the night.  Any issues that arise will be taken care of by the police on the premises.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED FOR PARENTS?

No, this event is on school grounds and therefore alcohol is not permitted.

MAY I GET A REFUND IF I OR MY CHILD GETS SICK OR THE WEATHER DOES NOT COOPERATE?

No, this is a nonrefundable event.

I DON'T LIKE TO CAMP?  DO I HAVE TO CAMP IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE?

No you do not have to camp all night.  If you do not want to camp, you can bring lawn chairs to sit in your camping area, and simply gather your stuff up at 10pm when the activities are over and go home.

IF I GO HOME, CAN I COME BACK IN THE MORNING FOR BREAKFAST AND CLOSING ACTIVITIES?

Yes you can certainly come back for breakfast and festivities. You will have to show your band.
