• Participation in this event encourages one family member to camp out with their child and one family member to volunteer.  

• This campout is for incoming LES kindergartners 2019-20 through 4th grade.

• Adult guardians of the child will be the only one allowed in the tent overnight.

• Each campsite is 12 x 12. One family per campsite.  

• Event dates and times: The event begins at 5:30 pm (4:30 pm for Leopard Club Members) on April 24, 2020 and concludes at 7:30 am on April 25, 2020 after breakfast is served.

• A donation can be made for our teachers interested in camping as a Thank you.

• This is a rain or shine event and there are no refunds.

• Registration begins February 14, 2020 - March 1, 2020!

     LATE NIGHT CAMP OUT - $150

• $25 for each additional child

• Backpack and t-shirt for each child

• Dinner/Breakfast for paid campers

• Movie and popcorn

• Campsite for 1 adult/1 child

• Additional camping sibling

• Additional camping adult

• Designated parking spot at Lovejoy

• 1 hour early access @ 4:30 PM

• Backpack and t-shirt for each child

• Dinner/Breakfast for paid campers

• Movie and popcorn

• Tent and ground cover

• Sleeping bags

• Pillows

• Foam/air mattress

• Lawn chair(s)

• Warm clothes

• Blanket for the movie

• Snacks if desired (Friday dinner, snacks, and Saturday breakfast provided)

• Lovejoy Elementary School bathrooms will be available for use during the Campout.  We will also have two Porta-Potties on site.
